2009-12-01 - Honouring the customer relation sector
Further to the success of the first edition of the « Customer Relation Trophies », CONNECT and VIATIS – the call center federations of the Meurthe-et-Moselle and Moselle Departments – have organized the 2009 edition of this event. It is a real promotional action showing the dynamism of the call center sector in the whole Eastern France region.
More than 146 customer relation centers are located in the Greater Eastern France region, representing nearly 9,000 jobs in various activity sectors such as finance-insurance, customer service, telemarketing, health-pensions, technical supports, distance selling...
The main objective of this event was to reward all the companies having proved their competence in terms of distance customer relation management. Each competing call center has received 10 « mysterious » phone calls made by the BVA public opinion poll and investigation Institute. The quality of the centers’ performance was judged according to several criteria. At the end, 9 winners had been chosen by the BVA Institute and rewarded on the occasion of the « Customer Relation Trophies» ceremony which took place in Nancy, on Thursday 26th November.
This year, a special honour was done to teleoperators. The managers of all participating call centers attending the ceremony could be accompanied by three operators of their choice who automatically registered for a special tombola with the possibility of winning one of the numerous Smartbox gift packages.
